History of Weigel Hochdrucktechnik GmbH & Co. KG

For over 30 years, we have been specialising almost exclusively in the development, production and sales of customised, demand-oriented high-pressure water jet systems.

Our product line is centred around our TrackJet® system.
And, thanks to our TrackJet® Contract Services, customers who do not have the resources to purchase their own system can also enjoy the benefits of the TrackJet® system.

A step ahead

The foundation for this is a flat hierarchy for quick decision-making, and flexible production capabilities.

Our TrackJet® Contract Services department uses our proprietary systems exclusively. This enables us to gain practical application experience that helps us in the further development of our products.

Production

At our facilities in Mellrichstadt, Germany, we develop and build our TrackJet® precision water jet systems by using carefully selected components from major suppliers such as Hammelmann, Mercedes Benz, Bosch-Rexroth, IFM, Flensburger Fahrzeugbau, Caterpillar etc.

Customer Service

We have a highly qualified sales team with extensive expertise in the maintenance of airport runway surfaces. They are represented in international airport industry committees, such as ACI Europe.

Certification

Our company is certified according to ISO 9001: 2000.
All our products are continuously examined in thorough risk analyses and therefore carry the CE mark.
Moreover, we have developed an individual Safety Management System which regulates the safe operation of our products at airports.
