Linear and lateral surface treatment

A video has been presented on a competitor’s website which uses information under Weigel material rights, taken from Weigel‘s website without Weigel’s consent/approval in order to make some misleading statements.

In this video they intend to prove that linear is better than lateral.

We recommend both: Mainly the lateral functions of TrackJet® and the linear functions of the PeelJet®. You can choose what is best for you.

You will find below some arguments and facts highlighting the advantages of the  TrackJet®/PeelJet® systems, starting with a statement from Mr. A. Wahab/Company Aviatrade in Malaysia.

1. Overlaps

“It makes no sense to raise the overlap issue. For  TrackJet® it purely depends on the adjustment made to the overlapping gap. The width of the gap between two lateral cleaning operations can easily be adjusted and it is not an issue at all. The good thing about  TrackJet® is that the gap/overlap is machine computer-controlled and is kept constant during the entire operation, while the said competitor’s system purely depends on the capability of the operator to control the overlap.”

2. Water Refill

Company Weigel developed the first water recycling system in the late 80s. Today, good technology for a recycling operation is not available anymore, as the wearing of parts increases dramatically. Water is cheap – spare parts are expensive! The  TrackJet®/PeelJet® system is supplied with a large water tank sufficient for the client’s needs, having enough space to store the waste water for a complete work shift.

3. Cleaning Effectiveness

Weigel’s  TrackJet®/PeelJet® systems can make linear or lateral surface treatment. We recommend linear for demarking and lateral for cleaning, friction value increases and rubber removal, to get the best results with the highest efficiency. You make your choice – we can do both!

The optimized system set up will continually present almost no overlap from 10 cm up to 2.20 meters cleaning width in one go – without turning. These results cannot be obtained by manual adjustment of speed and overlap!!

Have confidence in our power: It is more than enough! Computer optimization and unique nozzle head configuration guarantee that the TrackJet® system uses its power just to remove rubber or remove paint but not to damage the surface in any way. We use the latest technology!!

4. Damage to the surface
