TrackJet® paint marking removal

TrackJet® technology

+++ No-compromise removal of markings +++

The TrackJet® paint marking removal method now - for the first time ever - makes it possible to remove paint markings from almost any material without residue. Thanks to the innovative high-pressure water jetting method, the treated surface stays completely intact.

The modular design of the TrackJet® system means it can be operated with previously bought equipment (e.g. Unimog® trailers or snow removal vehicles). Thus the existing vehicles pay for themselves much faster.

+++ Reliable and effective +++

How it works

The cleaning results are achieved by ultra high pressure water jets which flow from a rotor jet nozzle. The TrackJet® paint marking removal system is mounted on the front of a suitable carrier vehicle by means of a quick-change adapter. After connecting the pre-installed hydraulic, high-pressure and control lines, the TrackJet® system is ready for operation.

The TrackJet® paint marking removal module can be supplied with water by an accompanying water tank or by the TrackJet® VacuFlex® direct suction system.
Depending on the requirements, the working width varies from 120 – 2200 mm. At marking widths above approx. 200 mm, an oscillation function is activated.
The working width can therefore be adjusted to the exact width of the paint marking to be removed. A hydraulic tracking system makes it possible to compensate for positional and directional deviations of up to 1,500 mm.
As it is possible to install the TrackJet® system on the left or on the right, markings can be removed on both sides of the carrier vehicle, up to 500 mm outside of the track of the carrier vehicle.

An advanced PLC control system provides ergonomic and reliable operation and system monitoring. Flexible high-pressure water and hydraulic lines are routed in a low-wear drag chain.

For interurban travel, the entire jet routing system is hoisted hydraulically and mechanically fixed in place.

Applications

The TrackJet® system can be used to remove any kind of marking material such as:

  • 1- or 2-component solvent-based dispersions
  • 1- or 2-component dispersions
  • Reactive systems, e. g. cold plastics and cold spray plastics
  • Thermoplastic systems, e.g. spray plastics and thermoplastics
+++ Truly impressive +++
  • Extremely low water consumption
  • Able to clean large area quickly
  • Use on any base surface
  • Removal of almost all marking materials of any thickness
  • No remaining phantom lines
  • Preservation of surfaces
